What We Can Help With
US Poker is an independent comparison site for real money poker apps and poker sites. We don't operate any of the poker rooms listed on this site, hold player funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or run customer accounts. That means we can't resolve account-specific issues like a stuck withdrawal, a bonus that hasn't credited, or a login problem — those always need to go through the poker room's own support team, since only they can see your account.
Where we can genuinely help:

How We Handle Commercial Relationships
US Poker may earn a commission when a reader signs up with a poker site through a link on this site. That relationship never decides how a site is ranked or reviewed — ratings are based on the same research criteria for every operator, whether they're a commercial partner or not. If you contact us about an error or a conflict of interest you think we've missed, we take that seriously and will look into it.
What to Include When You Contact Us
To help us reply usefully, it's worth including:
- Which page or review your message relates to, if any
- A brief description of the issue or question
- Any supporting detail, such as a screenshot description or the date you noticed something was off
We read every message that comes in, though as an independent review site with no account-level access to any poker room, we can't act as a go-between for disputes with an operator. For anything involving real money already deposited with a site, the fastest path is always that site's own support team.
